Reservations & Payment Information
A signed reservation form and a $175* deposit per person is all that is required to book your vacation today! Your final payment on the balance is due in our office 50 days prior to your departure date.
We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. For your security, we handle all credit card transactions via Fax and not over the internet.

Cancellation and Changes Policy - If you wish to change any details of your booking, we will certainly do our best to do so at minimal cost to you. Please understand that this is not always possible; especially if you are changing airline reservations, resort dates, or once you are within 50 days of departure. Once booked, any changes or amendments to your vacation are normally subject to a $50 minimum per person. Please note that additional fees may also be imposed by the airlines, resorts, or our host tour operators. We strongly suggest you protect your travel investment against penalties and fees due to emergency cancellation and changes you might need to make due to medical reasons. We also offer an optional Travel Insurance Plan (prices vary depending on dates of travel). Please note that this is an insurance plan and is therefore non-refundable. Please ask us for more insurance details as they relate to your reservation.

We will send a written confirmation of your reservation showing dates,
resort(s), airline(s), accommodations, balance due and balance due date within 24 hours
via U.S. Mail.
