The Galaxy Kids Club at the Sandos Playacar has specially trained personnel to supervise and entertain children from 2-12 years old with games, crafts, ands toys.

The Sandos Playacar has a clinic located on-site and is fully equipped to cater for any emergency. Qualified staff are on call 24 hours a day. Ambulance service. Pharmacy.

TELEPHONE
Local and long-distance calls can be made from every room or the telephones in the lobby. Whether via a direct outside line or the operator, it is a 24-hour service. Reverse-charge calls available.

HOUSEKEEPING
Daily room-cleaning service, towel change, sheets, range of amenities. Additional services, pillows, bedspreads, amenities.

Requires booking 24 hours in advance at the Public Relations desk, and nor more than 2 children are accepted per babysitter. There is an extra charge for this service, which uses people who work at the hotel and are reliable.
